
Confronting Contradictions




BRIEF
The research project explored recommendations for a current trend that was identified in previous work. The body of research includes a literature review, a methodology, primary and secondary research to form valid insights. Research must be innovative and creative whilst remaining ethical and strategic.
SOLUTION
The report researched the reoccurrence of ethical contradictions or compromises in Millennials and Generation Z. The literature review analysed various academic sources and journals, this helped find a gap in research that had not yet been explored. The project explored why individuals are not acting ethically and how this could be overcome. Insights found that young people are distracted and disturbed by too many factors making them act unethically, these factors must be overcome if change is going to happen.
